CAROL'S BACKGROUND
Carol received her undergraduate degree from Oberlin College (A.B., 1977), and her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1982). She was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1982.

Carol was an appellate law clerk to the Honorable Bernard L. McGinley, Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, from 1988-1989, and an Assistant District Attorney for Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, from 1984-1988.
