Jennifer was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1994 and in Florida in 1993. Jennifer’s practice focuses in the areas of Wills and Trusts, Elder Law, and Estate Administration. Jennifer has been an Associate with Fiffik Law Group, PC since 1996.

She is an author of a law review article published by the Nova Law Review, Nova Southeastern University: In re Dubreuil: Is an Individual’s right to refuse a blood transfusion contingent on parental status?
JENNIFER'S BACKGROUND
Jennifer received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 1993, where she served on the Nova Law Review. She earned her B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1984. She has been a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association since 1994. Ms. Bamonte is a member of the Elder Law Committee of the Allegheny Bar Association and part of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Association. In 1993, she became a member of the Florida Bar.
